"Proposals with realistic images can be prepared in a very short time"
Ms. Suzuki creates computer graphics using "ARCHITREND TOMATO", a 3D computer graphics creation tool which is sold as an add-on product to ARCHITREND 21. Before ARCHITREND 21 integrated the LightWorks rendering engine there was no rendering functionality in the product and so users needed to use ARCHITREND TOMATO for all their rendering. This was particularly time-consuming, even in the early design stages, as it involved a considerable amount of image examination as well as rendering revisions. However, since Fukui integrated LightWorks within ARCHITREND this has no longer been a problem and now any design change is instantly reflected and linked to the corresponding image and the latest design images can be presented to clients in real time.
Flexible Presentation
The add-on LightWorks rendering functionality within ARCHITREND 21 lets designers use a whole range of presentation techniques to expand the way they present designs to their clients as well as speeding up the design process. Computer graphics can be created with radiosity using ARCHITREND TOMATO and different styles like hand drawn and watercolours can be created using the ARCHITREND Presen Pack. "ARCHITREND 21 therefore offers users a wider choice of possibilities by combining these products which makes it highly recommendable especially to those who intend to use unique images for their website" said Ms. Suzuki.
The integration of LightWorks into ARCHITREND 21 - with its reputation for quality and speed - assures much better support for design, engineering and presentation, making ARCHITREND an ideal total AEC solution.
According to Fukui Computer, the LightWorks toolkit enabled the company to develop its application without requiring an in-depth knowledge of rendering technologies, dramatically shortening both development time and time to market.
